This is my Warm - Up/ Hand Coordination Exercise. This is great
for finger coordination on both hands.
Start off easy going
G|-------------------------1-2-3-4-|
D|-----------------1-2-3-4---------| And then back down
A|---------1-2-3-4-----------------|
E|-1-2-3-4-------------------------|
Then do
G|-------------------------2-3-4-1-|
D|-----------------2-3-4-1---------| And back down again
A|---------2-3-4-1-----------------|
E|-2-3-4-1-------------------------|
Then
G|-------------------------3-4-1-2-|
D|-----------------3-4-1-2---------| and back down of course
A|---------3-4-1-2-----------------|

Then

Then do them backwards!

Basicly mimic what you did before but doing it backwards

Then if you want to get use to other places on the fretboard, take
this same thing and play it somewhere else like...

And so on and soforth. Try going faster and faster on each one.
