If you want to make and play a classical Rock 'n' Roll follow the
next steps:
1- Choose a chord (for example 'A').
2- Select the 4є and 5є from A scale (no matter major or minor) ->
T 2є 3є 4є 5є 6є 7є
MAJOR: A B C# D E F# G#

3- The song structure is like this (in bars):
2 bars T, 1 bar 4є, 1 bar T, 1/2 bar 5є, 1/2 bar 4є, 2 bars T
If we replace that for the choosen chords then:
2 A, D, A, 1/2 E, 1/2 D, 2 A
4- Now let's use the mixolidian scale. The mixolidian scale
is like the
major scale but changing the 7є, that in mixolidian is 7b, half tone
down. For example, the mixolidian from A is:

We'll use this scale for all the bars except for the E - D bar.
5- Finally you can see the structure. Move this structure depending
on the chosen chords. The structure is this:
